Hereby, Appflows Technology Inc. declares that the radio equipment type GeoShake T1 is in compliance with Directive 2014/53/EU. Conformity of the radio module is established through the module manufacturer’s certification; the technical documentation is kept by Appflows Technology Inc. and is available to market surveillance authorities on request.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
RF exposure: the device is designed for operation at a separation distance of at least 20 cm between the radiator and the body of the user or nearby persons, consistent with the radio module’s certification.
Disposal (WEEE)
Do not discard this product with household waste. At the end of its life, hand it to an electronic waste collection point so that its materials can be recovered. Packaging is paper and recyclable.
Open source
Firmware is published under the GPL-3.0 licence at github.com/GeoShake. Modifying the firmware does not by itself affect the radio module’s certification, but changes to radio parameters or the antenna can — in that case the modified device is no longer covered by this declaration.
