What is it?

Every station tells a story.
Scope reads it out loud.

Pick any event the network catches — or any official catalog earthquake — and the waveforms download automatically. No accounts, no setup: it feeds on the same public APIs as our live map.

Three axes, zero noise

All components on one synchronized timeline with band-pass presets and a hover cursor that follows you across every axis. Gaps stay gaps — data is never silently zero-filled.

See the energy, not just the trace

A perceptually-uniform heatmap (viridis, inferno and friends) plus a Welch power spectrum — P and S phases stand out in color the way seismologists expect.

From two cursors to a magnitude

Auto-suggested or hand-placed P and S picks — or one click to place the official catalog’s prediction. S−P becomes distance, distance becomes a station magnitude estimate.
